Business Manager

After attending the University of Mississippi, Jo began her career in dentistry as an orthodontic assistant, where she discovered her passion for the dental field. Over time, she expanded her experience into the operational side of dentistry and developed a strong interest in practice management and business development. Today, Jo serves as the Business Manager, supporting the leadership team and overseeing key areas such as human resources, operations, and strategic growth. While her role is largely behind the scenes, her work helps ensure the practice runs smoothly so the clinical team can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Outside of the office, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
